Payment and financing
We accept major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and CareCredit. CareCredit financing is subject to provider approval and terms.
Insurance
We are in network with Delta Dental PPO and Premera Dental PPO. We can submit claims for many other PPO plans as an out-of-network provider. Coverage must be confirmed for each patient.
Community discount
Patients age 65 and older receive 10% off eligible self-pay treatment. The discount cannot be combined with membership savings, insurance adjustments or another promotion.
